Felipe Memoria and digital agency Work & Co redesign New York City's subway map. The map updates in real-time to assist users in planning their travel. Filmmaker Gary Hustwit follows this redesign process, which reflects developments in wayfinding and user interfaces. The documentary features insights from Rachel Haot, Sarah Meyer, Joshua Gee, Marcela Abbade, Karina Sirqueira, Robert Penner, and Mohan Ramaswamy.
