Synopsis
Ruaha National Park is home to three lion prides that thrive around the Glade, a lush oasis with a constant water supply. The Glade hosts two older lionesses and their cubs, known for their ability to hunt adult giraffes. Nearby, the Baobab pride, the largest in Ruaha, claims the surrounding Baobab forest. The Njaa pride, lean and skilled, tracks buffalo herds. All three prides are led by lionesses, as no adult males are present, affecting their survival strategies in this challenging environment.
