Synopsis

Nathan Zuckerman, a 23-year-old writer, visits the secluded farmhouse of his idol, E. I. Lonoff, in New England. During his stay, he meets Amy Bellette, a young woman with an unclear background. As Zuckerman interacts with Lonoff and Bellette, he confronts the contradictions between literature and personal experience. The film runs for 78 minutes and was released in 1983.
