Synopsis
Lee Volcano, a prominent figure in Taiwan's animal rescue community, takes a controversial approach to combat animal cruelty. Known for his fierce tactics, he has faced backlash from some activists while gaining support from others who believe he addresses the shortcomings of Taiwan's animal protection laws.
