Synopsis
At the summit of Stromboli, one of the eight Aeolian Islands off Sicily, artist Spagnuolo engages in a unique dialogue with the volcano. He poses questions to Stromboli, whose eruptions respond in their own way. Spagnuolo recounts sleeping atop the volcano, lulled by its eruptions, before creating the film. The work is part of the project Volcano & Regret and captures the artist's reflections on his experience, blending moments of tranquility with the raw power of nature.
