Synopsis
Lalla Rami, Turtle White, and Shani Da Flava confront the challenges of their queer, lesbian, and trans identities while growing up in France and Morocco. They seek to carve out a space in the male-dominated and often homophobic rap scene. Through their music, they share personal stories of struggle and creativity. The film captures their quest for acceptance and recognition in a world that frequently marginalizes them, making a statement about identity and belonging. Directed by Sara Kheladi, "Queer" runs for 36 minutes.
