Synopsis
Dr. Cristina Cattaneo works in an autopsy room in Italy, where nameless bodies arrive nightly. She refers to them as the Pure Unknown. Many of these individuals are homeless, sex workers, or runaway teenagers. Recently, a significant number are migrants washed ashore from the Mediterranean Sea. Cattaneo confronts the issue of identity loss among the deceased. She advocates for their dignity in death, a concern largely ignored by society. The film runs for 93 minutes and was directed by Mattia Colombo.
