Synopsis
On 16 June 1990, guests arrive at Palazzo Grassi in Venice, greeted by Gianni Agnelli and Jay and Cindy Pritzker. Agnelli remarks, “Architecture, like all art, is universal.” Aldo Rossi, the first Italian architect to win the Pritzker Architecture Prize, is the focus of this documentary. It combines rare video archives, previously unreleased records, photographs, and family albums with Rossi's writings, providing an in-depth look at his design philosophy and contributions to architecture.
