Synopsis
Ovil and Usman, a gay Muslim couple, fled their home countries due to laws prohibiting their relationship. They traveled through an underground network of refugees and immigrants, ultimately arriving at the Moria refugee camp on the island of Lesvos, Greece. The film captures their experiences and the difficult living conditions in the camp. Shot under challenging circumstances, it features footage taken by the couple and others, as journalists were barred from entering the area. The documentary runs for 47 minutes and was released in 2019.
