Our time on the Grass

Synopsis

On the Huashan Grassland in Central Taipei, a 23-year-old artist establishes the '120 Grassroots Self-Autonomous Zone' to create a collaborative space for young creatives. As the settlement flourishes, it attracts a vibrant community of artists. However, the project faces a devastating setback when a murder and dismemberment occur on the site, prompting public outrage. Authorities respond by demolishing the settlement, forcing the artists to leave their creative haven and confront an uncertain future.
