Synopsis

In Darfur, Janjaweed militias and the Sudanese government have waged a brutal campaign against civilians. Over four years, at least 200,000 people have been killed, and 2.5 million have been displaced from their homes. Mass rapes have been reported as a weapon of war. FRONTLINE producer Neil Docherty investigates the international community's response, questioning why the United Nations has failed to intervene and prevent further atrocities. The film reflects on the unfulfilled promise of "Never Again" following past genocides.
