Synopsis

In Czechoslovakia during the 1970s, the unsolved disappearance and murder of a young woman captured national attention. The case led to the conviction of seven individuals, who were portrayed as guilty by the communist media. Thirty years later, those same individuals maintain their innocence. "Normalization" revisits the events surrounding the crime, questioning the integrity of the judicial process and the media's role in shaping public perception.
