Synopsis

Namibia, one of the least densely populated countries in the world, is home to under three million residents. In the northwestern region, women from the Himba tribe travel in the back of an aging pickup truck to attend a funeral, showcasing their cultural attire and traditions. Despite the challenges posed by the harsh Namibian landscape, these women exemplify the resilience of the Himba people as they navigate their daily lives, maintaining their identity in both rural and urban settings.
