Synopsis

On Sado Island in Niigata Prefecture, deaf-blind individuals navigate daily life in isolation. In Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, a man remains committed to his community after the devastation of an earthquake and tsunami. A young man in Hiroshima strives for independence to marry while continuing his judo practice. Professor Satoshi Fukushima, from the University of Tokyo's Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, became the first deaf-blind person to teach full-time at a university globally.
