Jess cooks alone in a studio in New Zealand. She reflects on her cultural roots and the meaning of belonging. Four women join her: Hannah, Elizabeth, Nicky, and Matilda. Each shares their own experiences with food and culture. A recipe guides their conversation. They express mixed feelings of pride and shame. Their stories reveal connections across different backgrounds. The documentary runs for 13 minutes and was released in 2022.
