Synopsis

Eldar, a 21-year-old film student, lives in Estonia after spending 18 years in Russia as a woman. He maintains a double life, concealing his transition to a man from his grandmother, who resides in a small Russian town. To keep her unaware, Eldar alters his voice during phone calls and edits photos he sends her. When his grandmother expresses concern about rumors regarding her granddaughter posing as a man online, Eldar decides to attend her birthday party to confront the situation directly.
