Synopsis

On October 7, 2018, Viseu hosts the 1st March for LGBTI+ Rights, drawing over a thousand participants from cities such as Porto, Lisbon, and Coimbra. The event, organized by more than 20 groups, advocates for freedom in love and gender self-determination. This march follows the first national manifestation against homophobia in 2005, known as STOP Homophobia. Despite the Municipal Council of Viseu's refusal to acknowledge the march or the documentary, participants unite to combat violence and exclusion while defending basic human rights.
