Devan Shimoyama paints a new vision of the barbershop, merging Afrofuturism and drag in his artwork. Jessie Anderson operates Big Bro’s Barbershop in Canada, providing a welcoming space for trans and gender nonconforming clients. Richard Savvy, known as Australia’s ‘naked barber’, encourages clients to embrace their bodies and challenge societal norms. Through their stories, the film addresses male fragility and advocates for inclusivity and personal freedom within the grooming experience.
