Mlek Phon, a 22-year-old woman from Puja village in Mondulkiri province, faces the challenges of family responsibility. As her parents age, she leaves school to work in the fields and support her three siblings. Her eldest brother follows her lead, also quitting school to help. Phon worries about her second brother, who prefers socializing over studying. She places her hopes on her youngest sister, aspiring for her to graduate and pursue a career as a doctor or police officer.
