Synopsis
Four men seek missing soldiers amidst forgotten war fields. The search occurs during the second war in Iraq. Their quest connects to an unknown soldier's return to family and homeland after 50 years. The documentary draws from the novel "Diggers" by Viktors Duks, nominated for an EPPI Award in 2003. Directed by Askolds Saulītis, the film runs for 79 minutes and offers a historical perspective on loss and remembrance.
