Synopsis

Tommy, a World War II veteran, spends his days alone in his modest home, awaiting his pension check. In the evenings, he gathers with friends at the Legion Hall, reflecting on a life that feels devoid of purpose. Lennie, a younger veteran with only a fraction of Tommy's service years, roams the same neighborhood, sharing an unspoken connection. Set in early November, the narrative culminates in the annual Remembrance Day parade, offering Tommy a rare moment of recognition and honor.
