Synopsis
Barefoot men wield chainsaws as they fell trees in a rain forest, cutting through massive trunks. They rely on illegal wood selling to support their families, despite the destruction of their own environment. Each tree cut down represents a loss of their livelihood. The film follows the laborious process of transporting the wood out of the forest, which ultimately finds its way into homes as furniture, such as mahogany tables or Bangkirai floors.
