Synopsis

Amele runs a makeshift hostel in Katanga, a district of Addis Ababa, where young people arrive daily in search of new opportunities. Each resident carries a unique story and set of experiences. Through intimate interviews and candid moments, the film presents a vivid portrait of life in Katanga. It captures the aspirations and challenges faced by these individuals as they adapt to urban life in Ethiopia's capital. Directed by Hiwot Admasu Getaneh, the documentary runs for 27 minutes.
