Synopsis

A man wanders through a submerged city in the Philippines, clutching a dead infant in his arms. This scene unfolds three weeks after Typhoon Sendong devastated the region, displacing 8,128 families and leaving nearly 5,000 dead. As he roams the business district, locals follow him, filled with curiosity and sympathy. Haunted by the memory of his wife, he eventually walks to a river and drowns himself. The film captures the aftermath of the disaster and its impact on the community.
