Synopsis
Mnongs, an indigenous group in central Vietnam, are renowned for their traditional practice of capturing wild elephants. Macoun, the most skilled of the Ivory Knights, imparts his extensive knowledge to three young apprentices, teaching them the intricate techniques of elephant capture. After a successful capture, the elephant is tamed for several months before being released back into the wild, integrating into the village community. This documentary highlights the cultural significance and deep connection the Mnongs maintain with these majestic creatures.
