Synopsis

Samuel and Isaac live in a refugee camp in Uganda after being deported from Israel. Both are South-Sudanese teenagers with dreams of becoming musicians. Israeli musician Amir visits the camp to collaborate with them. The film follows their efforts to create music while facing challenges in their new environment. It captures their aspirations and the realities of life as young refugees. "Homeboys" runs for 59 minutes and was released in 2022.
