Synopsis
Joyce, a 17-year-old from the Democratic Republic of Congo, sings while playing guitar in a community center in Ontario. She fled her home to escape forced prostitution. Sallieu, a 16-year-old from Sierra Leone, recalls the trauma of witnessing his mother's murder during the civil war.
