A high-altitude mountaineer and research zoologist, Petrov has already summited ten of these peaks without supplementary oxygen. His climb takes a dangerous turn when he disappears near the summit, leading to a complex rescue operation involving Nepal, China, and Bulgaria. Petrov is also a three-time cancer survivor, facing extreme challenges in the Himalayas.
