Synopsis

Roman Romancini stands at the base of Mount Everest, preparing for an ascent of the world's tallest mountain. Directed by Rafael Duarte, "Beyond Dreams" follows Romancini as he reflects on his past achievements, including winter climbs of four of the '7 Summits.' The film recounts his survival of a 2014 avalanche at Khumbu Falls. Four years later, he returns to the Himalayas with Duarte and Padawa Shepa for a challenging expedition that tests his limits.
