Synopsis
Russ Yuristy, a sculptor from Silton, Saskatchewan, constructs a three-ton wooden buffalo named Billy. Commissioned by the city of Swift Current, the buffalo is transported 240 kilometers to a local park. Along the way, bystanders react to its whimsical design. At the inauguration ceremony, city councillors express their hopes for the playground surrounding the buffalo. Directed by Reevan Dolgoy, "Giv'em a Half Turn" was released in 2016 and runs for 11 minutes.
