Synopsis

On May 1, 2004, several children were born in Lithuania, marking the country's accession to the European Union. Director Arūnas Matelis and his team recorded these births and returned to follow the lives of these individuals over the years. In 2024, director Eimantas Belickas and screenwriter Ramune Rakauskaite revisit this first generation of EU citizens. They present the stories of young adults who reflect on their experiences and aspirations as they navigate the challenges of adulthood in a changing Europe.
