Synopsis

Nelson, a 25-year-old from Benin City, Nigeria, fled to Italy after surviving a violent assault. In 2018, a territorial commission rejected his application for international protection, deeming his testimony insufficiently credible. He appealed to the Venice Tribunal in 2021, awaiting a verdict that could take months. While living in Italy, Nelson works, spends time with friends, and pursues his passion for music, aspiring to become a successful singer.
