Synopsis

Saor carries a coffin through the Peruvian Amazon. He takes Valentina back to her village for burial. Valentina, a transgender singer, left this village long ago, known then as Pol. As Saor meets the villagers, he learns about Pol's past. He discovers that Pol lived in fear, targeted by Shining Path terrorists. In the cemetery, Saor participates in a ceremony that combines burial with the exhumation of memories tied to Valentina's life.
