Frugal Nature

Synopsis

A group of about 15 people sets off for a week in the forest, each carrying a rucksack. They seek to reconnect with nature and reflect on their lives. One participant studies edible wild plants, while another regrets her time spent in front of a computer. The group moves through a pristine environment, engaging in listening, observing, touching, and tasting. They contemplate their existence within a consumer society that they find toxic.
