Synopsis

Christiane Burkhard revisits her childhood home to confront the loss of her parents, who died in a plane crash twenty years ago. Alongside her sister, she gathers stories from family and friends while sifting through old Super-8 recordings made by their mother. These films capture significant family moments and smiling faces. The process becomes a personal ritual for Burkhard, as she seeks to accept the past and find closure after two decades of unresolved grief.
