Sanaz, Saedeh, Tala, Ladan, and Beheshteh reside in a women's shelter in the south end of Tehran. Each woman has a distinct story that led her to this refuge, whether by choice or circumstance. Throughout the 84-minute documentary, they express their hopes and aspirations for a better life. Their individual journeys reflect a shared desire for change, even if it is just a small step forward. The film captures their daily lives and the challenges they face in pursuit of a brighter future.
