Synopsis

Akosua, a queer Ghanaian-German woman, navigates her complex identity and desire for motherhood over three years, with the support of her friend and director Mala Reinhardt. The film explores Akosua's experiences in both Germany and Ghana, highlighting the challenges of belonging in a multicultural landscape.
