Synopsis
Ipek Bozkurt, a lawyer in Turkey, confronts the escalating crisis of domestic abuse and femicides. She collaborates with activists to seek justice for two survivors: Arzu, who was married at 14, and Kubra, a television presenter. Bozkurt navigates a biased legal system and faces pressure from a repressive government. As she strives to hold abusers accountable, she joins thousands of other lawyers who risk imprisonment for their advocacy. Directed by Chloe Fairweather, the documentary runs for 82 minutes.
