Synopsis

Oleg, a twenty-two-year-old student at the University of Nizhny Novgorod, struggles to meet his mother Marina's expectations of masculinity. Marina believes Oleg, whom she views as an autistic loafer, should be more active in his life. Instead of attending online lectures, he spends his days watching TV, creating tension between them. In her quest for change, Marina subjects him to unconventional treatments, including a session with a therapist that involves riding him like a horse. The film captures their complex relationship and Oleg's internal conflicts.
