Synopsis

Iris Grob visits a large multinational company grappling with rising burnout rates among employees. With one in six workers facing chronic fatigue, the organization considers a novel approach: introducing an office dog. Grob documents the reactions of staff as they assess whether a canine presence can enhance workplace morale and reduce stress. The film questions if an office dog will foster a more positive environment or create additional challenges for employees.
