Synopsis
Daniel lives in an Acadian village and faces the daily challenges of being HIV-positive. Fatigue and dexterity issues affect his life. Weaving offers him a form of therapy and a way to express himself. The 10-minute documentary, directed by Julien Cadieux, has won multiple awards, including Best Short Film and Emerging Voices Award at the 2023 Image + Nation Festival in Montreal. It also received the Best Short Acadian Film Award at the Festival international du cinéma francophone en Acadie in Moncton, New Brunswick.
