Synopsis

Jason, an American athlete, seeks redemption after a series of near-misses in his sports career, including a failed bid for the Olympic rowing team. He discovers a 3,000-mile rowing race and sets his sights on winning and breaking the record for the fastest crossing. Ten days into the race, two teammates abandon the effort. A year later, Jason returns with a new crew, facing the daunting challenge of completing 400 miles in five days to achieve his goal.
