Synopsis
Karishma, Apsana, and Samira live in a conservative Muslim town in India. They strive to change their lives through education. As they prepare for final exams, their families pressure them to abandon their studies and conform to traditional roles as wives and mothers. The film follows their efforts to assert their independence and pursue their dreams against societal expectations. Directed by Yashaswi Desai, "Brave Girls" runs for 68 minutes and was released in 2018.
