Synopsis
Areum and Seongman marry and move to France, where Areum pursues her studies. Seongman, a chef and progressive party activist, faces challenges with the language barrier and feels isolated at home. As Areum prepares for motherhood, they open 'Oegil Restaurant' to serve a limited number of guests. After their child is born, Areum's focus shifts to her ambitions, leaving Seongman to manage parenting alone. Their differing priorities lead to conflicts, culminating in Seongman declaring a strike.
