Synopsis
Ricardo Íscar's "Air" follows a freediver as he trains in the ocean depths. He practices breathing therapy and anti-stress techniques to improve his mental and physical endurance. Throughout his training, he faces the challenges of breath-holding and the risks associated with freediving. The film presents the balance between ambition and safety in this extreme sport.
