Synopsis

Azinhaga dos Besouros, a neighborhood on the outskirts of Lisbon, faces demolition. The residents do not have legal rights to rehousing as a rapid access road is planned for the area. The film follows the last inhabitants who remain, documenting their daily lives amidst the ongoing changes. Their fight against displacement unfolds in the backdrop of impending construction. The documentary runs for 82 minutes and was released in 2008.
