Synopsis

V.C. Ohri, an art historian in Shimla, greets visitors for the first and last time. He has studied Pahari paintings and uncovered their origins and techniques. Meanwhile, in a remote Himalayan village, the Ashokan rock-edict holds the last fragment of a script known to only a few experts. The documentary connects these two locations and their significance in Indian history and art. It runs for nine minutes and was released in 2017.
