Synopsis

Corruption at the highest levels of government is examined through the lens of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), who are more susceptible to bribery and illicit activities. "Offshore Leaks" have shown that PEPs utilize the British financial system and offshore jurisdictions to launder and conceal their wealth. London serves as a hub for these individuals, where they acquire properties and engage in legal battles. The film also explores the response of developing countries demanding the return of illegally expatriated funds.
