Synopsis
Miren is a border village surrounded by autumn leaves. Here, solitary lives unfold against a backdrop of reality and imagination. The film follows the residents as they seek connection and redemption in their isolated world. Set in 2018, it captures the challenges faced by those in contemporary outlands. The director, Jan Mozetič, presents a portrait of a place that remains difficult for urban centers to understand. The 90-minute documentary invites reflection on the lives of its inhabitants.
