Synopsis

Jose lives in southern Rotterdam. He wants to ride with Team Domina, a group known for illegal stunt bike rides. During these “ride-outs,” groups of over 100 riders perform stunts and wheelies in traffic. The riders travel from the southern suburbs to the wealthier north bank of the river. Their actions attract the attention of police, who respond with crackdowns on the dangerous riding. The film captures the thrill and risk of this subculture.
